SHIPPING

We use Royal Mail 1st class to ship your order and cost of shipping depends on weight. For more info, please go to the shipping page

CUSTOM ORDERS

Many of our artist are open to custom orders and special requests so if you would like to submit your own request, please go to the contact page and let us know the details of what you'd like to order and the artist you are homing can fulfil the request.

GIFT SHIPPING

If you are sending gifts to different households then these must be processed as separate orders, Shipping will be applied per order.

RETURNS

Each artist within The Leith Collective has their own quality control process however in the unlikely event you should receive a faulty item it will be replaced at our cost. Please take into account that the majority of items are handmade so there may be slight differences to your design and the photographs used in selling materials, we do not consider this a fault. Contact us via info@theleithcollective.com within 14 days to arrange a return and exchange/refund. With clothing - should you order the wrong size, The Leith Collective will exchange the item, if there is one in stock. In this instance the buyer must pay the additional postage costs. Replacement items are subject to the same turnaround period as standard orders and are subject to stock.
